Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated November 4, 2026
In short: single calc sheets are refunded if you were charged twice or the PDF could not be generated. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, with no partial refunds. Annual subscriptions get a full refund within 14 days if no calc sheets were generated.
Single calc sheets ($20)
A calc sheet is a digital product generated for you on purchase, so sales are final once it has been generated. We will refund the charge in full if:
- you were charged more than once for the same calc sheet; or
- the calc sheet failed to generate or download and we could not fix it within 3 business days of you telling us.
Please ask within 30 days of the charge.
Monthly subscription ($50 a month)
- Cancel at any time from your account page or by email. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for.
- We do not give refunds or credits for part of a month, or for a month in which you did not use the service.
Annual subscription ($500 a year)
- If you cancel within 14 days of the first purchase and have not generated any calc sheets in that time, we refund the full $500.
- The same 14-day full refund applies after an annual renewal, if no calc sheets were generated since the renewal date.
- After 14 days, or once any calc sheet has been generated in the period, the year is non-refundable. Cancelling still stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the paid year.
Billing errors
If we charge you the wrong amount or charge you after you cancelled, we will refund the difference in full.
How to ask for a refund or cancel
Email niravkhanal@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the receipt number from your Stripe receipt. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We will usually be able to fix it faster.
